President William Ruto on Wednesday once again teared the opposition apart saying it is determined to tarnish the government’s efforts.

Ruto, said the opposition is yet to tell Kenyans their agenda, however, they have been advancing for his removal from leadership.

Speaking at the Nairobi Securities Exchange for the bell-ringing to celebrate the listing of the Linzi Asset-Backed Security, President Ruto urged Kenyans to distance themselves from the oppositions side shows and work with the government to enable it serve them better.

According to the President, none of his predecessors served the nation beyond their specified terms as the constitution stipulates, and he will do the same when time comes.

“Our friends are so quick walking here and there singing “One term” I don’t know Kasongo, calling me all sorts of names. If you ask them to give you the right person to advance our needs as Kenyans, they are telling you they will figure out what to do after we have sent Ruto Home. I simply term this gimmicks as the “Wash Wash” tactics,” he added.

The president noted that he deliberately took the mantle of the country to transform the lives of Kenyans, a process that according to him the outcomes are not abrupt—further urging Kenyans to give him more time to enable him fulfil his promises.

“Give me more time I will make sure Kenyans enjoy the benefits of my leadership. The opposition is only thinking about taking us back to NHIF, instead of improving on the SHA, or rather taking us back to the old university funding model instead of leveraging on the current funding model,” said Ruto.

Clueless Opposition

The President ignored his critics stating that Kenyans will make an informed choice when elections come.

While addressing Kenyans in the US, DCP Party leader said Kenyans will not bet during the next general election but ensure Ruto is sent home.

Gachagua stated that Kenya Kwanza government has violated the constitution and killed innocent souls, further urging Kenyans in Diaspora to “fell him” in the 2027 general election.

Gachagua stated that “One term” is a slogan that means no turning back and Kenyans have already made their decision.

“The President has been crying wolf thinking that Kenyans will sympathise with him. We reiterate that he will serve for only one term,” said Gachagua who has been in the United States for the past three weeks.
