Nairobi, Kenya, Sept 30, 2025 — Grammy Award–winning saxophonist Kenny G gave Nairobi a night to remember with his debut performance in Kenya at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC) on Saturday.
The sold-out “One Night Only” concert, sponsored by Stanbic Bank Kenya, drew hundreds of fans eager to watch the global smooth jazz icon live. Kenny G delivered an electric performance that left many deeply moved, mixing his signature artistry with moments of lighthearted banter and even a few Kiswahili phrases.
Kenyan musicians Kato Change and Coster Ojwang also shared the stage, showcasing local talent and earning warm applause from the audience.
Stanbic Bank Kenya’s Head of Brand and Marketing, Lilian Onyach, said the event was about more than entertainment.
