RUBiS Energy Kenya has expanded its footprint in the North Rift with the launch of two new service stations in Eldoret — RUBiS Iten Road and RUBiS Champions Mall.
The dual launch, officiated by Group Managing Director Olivier Sabrié on September 1, 2025, pushes the company’s retail network beyond the 300-station mark, underscoring its long-term growth strategy in Kenya.
“Our continued investment in Kenya is driven by a deep confidence in the nation’s economic trajectory. Eldoret, as the dynamic heart of the North Rift, is a cornerstone of our expansion strategy,” said Sabrié. “The opening of these two fuel stations underscores our long-term commitment to the communities we serve, creating jobs and stimulating local economic activity.”
The new facilities are designed to cater to both local motorists and transit traffic. The Champions Mall station features a tyre centre, while the Iten Road station is tailored for efficiency, offering UltraTec fuels, Castrol lubricants and RUBiS Gas.
RUBiS Energy Kenya Retail Manager Fred Patta said the launch reflects the company’s goal of meeting diverse customer needs. “We are incredibly excited to bring two distinct retail experiences to Eldoret on the same day,” he said.
To mark the opening, RUBiS offered customers a special discount of Sh8 per litre of fuel at both stations on August 29, 2025.
RUBiS Energy Kenya now operates over 300 service stations nationwide under the Kenol, Kobil and RUBiS brands. The company’s business spans service stations, lubricants, LPG, aviation fuel, commercial and industrial supply, and exports to neighbouring East African markets.
