DUBAI, Oct’ 30, 2025- Pwani Oil Products Ltd has taken a bold step into the international beauty scene with its debut at Beauty World Middle East 2025, one of the world’s largest and most influential beauty and personal care exhibitions, held at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

The three-day event, which began on October 27, has drawn more than 75,000 visitors and 2,400 exhibitors from across the globe, spotlighting innovation, sustainability, and emerging beauty trends.

At its booth, Pwani Oil showcased two of its flagship personal care brands — Sawa and Afrisense — to global distributors, buyers, and partners. The company’s participation underscores its growing ambition to position Kenyan-made products on the international beauty map.

“We are proud to represent Kenya’s growing beauty industry on a global stage and to showcase products that combine natural ingredients, scientific innovation, and affordability,” said Rajul Malde, Pwani Oil’s Commercial Director.

He added that taking part in Beauty World Middle East marks an exciting chapter in the company’s growth story, opening new opportunities for collaboration and market expansion.

Pwani Oil’s General Manager, International Business, Mr. Purohit, said the Dubai showcase allows the company to explore fresh partnerships and reinforce its dedication to creating high-quality products that celebrate African beauty while meeting global standards.

Unveiled in September 2025, the new Sawa Body Lotion range exemplifies Pwani Oil’s commitment to innovation and diversification. The line features four scientifically formulated variants — Glycerin & Sweet Almond Oil, Cocoa Butter, Men Cool Burst, and Aloe Vera — designed to deliver 72-hour hydration while meeting top-tier skin safety standards.

Complementing Sawa is Afrisense, Pwani’s proudly African beauty brand that blends traditional ingredients with modern science to nourish and rejuvenate the skin. Afrisense products target consumers who value accessibility, quality, and confidence.

The Dubai exhibition also features the Next in Fragrance segment, where industry leaders and perfumers explore the future of scent, alongside the 6th Beauty World Middle East Awards, celebrating excellence across 17 categories.

Pwani Oil’s presence at the event signals not just business ambition, but a broader story of Kenya’s emerging influence in the global beauty and skincare market.
