Renowned gospel artist Bahati has been forced to extend his apologies to his vast fans after a recent mishap in which his betting company launch was mistaken for his wedding.
In a series of his earlier posts on his social media handles, Bahati made his followers believe that he was actually organising a wedding with his wife Diana, only to emerge that he was launching his betting company, www.bahati.bet.
“I can’t wait to see you walk down the Aisle. I can’t wait to say ‘Yes I do’ my love. It’s time to put on the gown. Today is the Bahati’s big day,” some of his earlier posts read.
However, during the main day, when his anticipating fans downed in all white to witness the memorable moments Bahati posted,
“Its now official that the Bahati owns the new betting company in town. We are here to change gaming in Kenya. www.bahati.bet,” he stated.
Discovering that some of his followers were disappointed, the Africa Gospel Wonder Kid, together with his wife Diana, were forced to apologise.
“It was a royal affair. Sorry to all of you who thought it was a wedding. We launched the newest betting company in town.
Bahati was in the past recognised as the Best Gospel Act African in the AFRIMMA Awards.
