East Africa Breweries Limited’s rum brand, Captain Morgan is set to launch a new Personalisation Campaign in Meru. The event will take place on Saturday, September,21 2024 at Ridgeways Garden in Meru and promises to be an exceptional experience for rum enthusiasts across the mountain region.

The Personalisation campaign aims to leverage on consumer’s personas to celebrate the flava in Captain Morgan, connect and give a personal touch to their favorite rum.  Consumers will have the opportunity to get customised Captain Morgan bottles on personalised labels featuring names such as Captain Kiongoz, Captain Chill mode, Captain Vybz, Captain Turn up, Captain Selekta, and Captain Dundaah.

The brand has announced a line up that will unleash the ultimate experience for fans and Captain Morgans consumers in Meru. The event will feature performances from talented artists, DJs, and MCs including Captain Morgan’s lead Influencer and Amnesia hit maker, Mejja, the Kenyan Rap Queen Maandy, Lele Hitmaker YBW Smith and song writer and recording artist Jaysoul.

The event will be hosted by Hype masters MC Gogo and Hype Ola. Spinning the latest hits back-to-back and bringing their unique flavour to the decks will be an ultimate DJ powerhouse including DJ Kalonje, DJ Daffy, DJ Final and DJ Starmie.

The Meru Spice Takeover event launch event is part of Captain Morgan’s broader ‘Spice On campaign’, which celebrates the brand’s adventurous spirit and commitment to adding a bold twist, to your spice to life’s everyday moments. The ‘Spice On’ campaign encourages fans to bring their creativity and individuality to the forefront, making every Captain Morgan experience uniquely theirs.
